Malmö, Sweden / Bangalore, India – February 2026

ELVA11 Innovation AB, a Swedish software and AI engineering company, has entered into an agreement with Starcom Information Technology Ltd, an Indian publicly listed technology company, to conduct a strategic technical and product due diligence initiative and develop a modernisation blueprint for parts of Starcom’s analytics platforms.

The engagement includes a comprehensive technical assessment and advisory process covering architecture, scalability, security, DevOps maturity, AI capability integration, and overall enterprise readiness. The assignment also includes the

development of a structured modernisation blueprint and roadmap to support future scalability and global positioning.

“It is rare for a Swedish software and AI engineering company to be entrusted with evaluating and shaping the future roadmap of a publicly listed Indian product company”,

says Jim Roslund, CEO of ELVA11.

“Assignments like this are not won on marketing. They are won on seniority, credibility, and the ability to operate at enterprise level across borders. For us, this is a strong validation of Swedish engineering competence on the global stage”.

“I sincerely hope engagements like this can also strengthen the confidence of other Swedish technology companies to look outward. Sweden has extraordinary software and AI talent. When we earn international trust, we strengthen not only individual

companies but Swedish tech as a whole”.

“Born in Sweden, built for the world is not just a tagline for us. It is a commitment to represent Swedish engineering quality internationally”.
