Nehzan is an accomplished Group Legal Counsel and Director with deep expertise at the crossroads of technology, finance, and corporate law. Based in Dublin, he brings a sharp legal mind developed in fast-paced environments—specializing in AI law, corporate finance, restructuring, and international business. His strategic advisory roles have shaped governance, contract management, and risk mitigation across diverse industries. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, he offers a multicultural perspective essential in today’s global tech-driven business landscape. Anna Werntoft

Anna is a seasoned leader in innovation and transformation, currently serving as CEO and Group Chief at NE Nationalencyklopedin, Sweden’s leading edtech and knowledge company. She assumed the role in May 2025, overseeing operations in Sweden, Germany, and the UK. With a background as Chief Transformation Officer at Ikano Bank and former CEO of Stratiteq, Anna brings deep expertise in tech-driven change, strategy, and growth. Her extensive board experience—including appointments at Wihlborgs, Minc, and Innovation Skåne—equips her with governance insight to lead ELVA11’s board with strategic clarity and vision.
Sam Aston

Sam is a tech-savvy entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in building and scaling IT companies. Over the past two decades, he has played a central role in founding and growing several technology-driven businesses, with a strong focus on software, digital transformation, and IT services. In addition to his entrepreneurial journey, Sam has taken on leadership and advisory positions at companies such as Netset, where he continues to drive value creation and competitive advantage. His proven ability to combine deep tech knowledge with strategic governance makes him an invaluable board member at ELVA11, helping steer the company’s innovation and long-term growth agenda.
