Malmö Tillsammans – When Core Values Become Real Action
At ELVA11, we don’t just talk about our core values, we live them.
Social responsibility is the foundation of our culture, and we take that responsibility further than most. We believe that building a successful business also means helping to build a better society.
That’s why we are proud to be the initiators and organizers of Malmö Tillsammans, Sweden’s largest charity banquet and free concert, dedicated to fighting social exclusion and segregation among young people in Malmö.
On September 6, 2025, we gathered the city at Eleda Stadion and 1910 for an historic event. A night where business, sports, research, and culture united in the fight against inequality. Through an inspiring banquet, keynote speeches, auctions, and Malmö’s largest free concert ever, we showed what happens when courage, responsibility, and community come together.
Malmö Tillsammans featured world-class artists lighting up the stage, alongside thought-provoking panels with celebrities, renowned researchers, political leaders, sports icons, and the elite of the business world. It was an unforgettable day of inspiration, entertainment, and collective action — a once-in-a-lifetime experience where every moment was dedicated to creating a brighter future for Malmö’s youth.
Why are we doing this?
Because we believe that a child's future should never be determined by their postal code. Because we know that real companies build real communities. Because we believe that business leaders must step up and take real action.
