AI talent is a key resource for Sweden’s future in technology and innovation. Don’t close the door on them – at ELVA11, we want to help create more opportunities, not fewer.
Sweden is at a crossroads when it comes to AI development and expertise. If we want to remain competitive and lead the way, we must ensure that AI professionals have opportunities, not obstacles.
We strongly believe that Sweden can become one of Europe’s leading tech nations, but this requires investment in education, accessible career paths, and an inclusive innovation economy. Regulations, support structures, and access to projects must be designed to attract new talent and encourage them to stay.
At ELVA11, we contribute by:
